#Inclusion-Plus-Up Intensive
+
#Inclusion-Plus-Up is a personal brand portfolio and career readiness intensive hosted by Magnetti + Medulla.
We believe that marketers who focus on principles of inclusion will thrive in the future. This cohort will layer precise marketing know-how with emotional intelligence around diversity, equality and inclusion.
First, we design private, interactive groups that can have uncomfortable, tough conversations in safe spaces
Then, we integrate actionable insights from coaching sessions into tangible selling tools that build a more human reflection of what is possible and where we belong
Over multiple sessions with industry practitioners and mentors, each cohort will package, polish and present personal brand stories that spark empathy and trust.
By the end of this intensive, participants of each cohort will have created, pressure-tested, and polished a set of core marketing assets that give them an advantage as they begin their personal journey of career transition.

Inclusion unlocks power of diversity / NLI -
Empathy is a Human Superpower
Empathy Reduces Bias
When relationships matter, we ramp up on empathy. We can re-wire our bias by controlling emotions. Empathy is directly related to kindness & social good. It is easier act for One vs Many when we listen to understand, first.

Imagine What is Possible
Stortytelling Moves People Toward Change
The NeruoLeadership Institute tells us brains are hardwired to listen for diversity in values. Part of our brain shuts down when we feel threats, we lose perspective, judgment and ultimately disengage. This is the root of behavioral bias.

How We Make Decisions
Understanding Noise and Bias
Our #inclusion and #access programming is founded in psychology, social sciences and organizational behavior practices around diversity, equality and inclusion. This reading circle operationalizes professional readiness in a 3-part series moderated by experts in Human Resources, Behavioral Science and Reflect Writing.
Reflective Writing
Powerful Self-Discovery
The most impactful way to apply this learning is to integrate self-reflection by journaling Creative expression is a simple, profound way to facilitate self-discovery and healing as we encounter emotional experiences around diversity and inclusion AND seek positive work climates to engage as our full, authentic selves.
Creativity is directly linked to higher levels of happiness, gratitude and overall better mental health. Individuals will workshop writing prompts with our coach in a journal provided to each participant for personal reflection.
