Brenda Magnetti
Brenda is an agile, effective leader of marketing strategy with humanity at the center of brand experience design. You might say she is a student of human potential on a mission to empower Helpers and amplify their voices.
Magnetti earned her B.A. in Communications from Valparaiso University and in progress with an M.Ed. in Learning Design Tech from Arizona State University. She is also a certified NeuroLeadership Coach (NLI) and Digital Marketing and Media Expert (AMA, DMI, IAB).
While solving storytelling and engagement challenges for marketing clients these past 20+ years, Brenda often starts with a focus on belonging. She translates brand values that define WHY and innovates the activation paths for WHO, HOW , WHAT and WHERE for greater impact. Neuroscience, Behavioral Economics, Design Thinking and Analytics inform a brand experience framework to create new markets and emotional bonds.
When she in not advocating for #access and #inclusion among scholars and practitioners, you can find her exploring rugged natural wonders with husband, Rick.

Jade Eby
Jade is a Creative Empowerment Advocate committed to empowering others in their creativity, self-awareness, and inherent brilliance. On a mission to help the world become a better place, she is focused on teaching others about the power of creative expression and introspection.
Jade earned her B.A. in English and Creative Writing from the University of Iowa and is a published author. Prior to becoming a Creative Empowerment Advocate, Jade gained experience in publishing, expressive writing for healing, and trauma recovery coaching. She currently works with students as a Supervisor for the International Association for Trauma Recovery Coaching. She served on the national board of the Transformative Language Arts Network and led a steering committee charged with developing event content and keynote speakers.
Jade has been interviewed for podcasts such as The Healing Trauma & C-PTSD podcast and has spoken at virtual summits, including the Trauma Recovery Coaching Summit, and Triumph After Trauma Summit.
When she's not empowering others, you can find her journaling, reading cards, or spending time with her husband and their small zoo animals.

Eli Rodriguez
Eli is focused on changing lives, creating opportunities, and delivering people solutions.
He describes himself as an energetic, passionate, and vigilant leader with a reputation of developing successful teams, delivering impactful solutions, and developing strong relationships. He is both a strategic thinker with practical and tactical solutions and a highly creative and innovative operations expert. Eli proves that you can be both assertive and a team player when leaders serve as enablers to others. With a clear vision, you can identify where there is unrealized human potential and guide other to go after it with commitment.
Eli is the Director of Human Resources for Zimmerman Advertising in Miami-Fort Lauderdale, Florida. -
Nora Akins
Nora can’t stop learning. She recently completed a Brain-Based Coaching Certificate through the NeuroLeadership Institute, she’s been a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) for decades and is SPHR & SHRM-SCP certified. She has a few other certifications including Performance Consulting and Strategic Partnering.
Nora’s specialties include (1) company policy development, (2) employer compliance (EEOC, DOL, Wage and Hour, ADA, FMLA), (3) HR audits, (4) organization structures and job descriptions, (5) employee handbooks, (6) supervisor leadership training.
Nora served on a number of non-profit and professional boards including the HR Committee of the American Business Media, the Indiana State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management, President of the Northern Indiana Human Resource Management Association and Indiana State President of the Work Adjustment and Vocational Evaluation Association.

Jonathan Corchado
Jonathan is a Senior Strategist at Campbell Ewald and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico and graduated in 2020 from The University of South Carolina with a concentration in Advertising & a minor in Marketing. He is passionate about equality and impacting culture.
After graduation, Jonathan was awarded a Strategist role on a marketing agency team in VCU’s Camp ADventure international competition. In addition to the campaign development RFP, Jonathan created systemic change by leading Black Lives Matter South Carolina’s digital and social platform launches, After camp, Jonathan was accepted to BBH’s Beautiful Minds program prior his first staff position in the industry as a media analyst.
When he’s not at leading strategy work, Jonathan is spending time with his 5-year-old daughter, sitting by the beach, and appreciating live music.

Amanda Vigdor
At her core, Amanda is a problem solver, she just prefers to solve problems with a hint of Photoshop, Illustrator, and CSS. She believes design has the power to make positive impact in everything we do, especially when it comes to marketing and advertising.
Amanda leads communication design projects as an Associate Art Director at Formerly Known As in NYC.
A daughter of two educators, she’s fueled by her lifelong love of learning. Her newest mission? The pursuit of bringing accessible, equitable, and well-rounded marketing education to students at all levels.
