Wisdom of the Heard.
WHY We Are Here.
We founded Magnetti + Medulla (M+) to activate an important inclusion layer that is missing from the Marketing and Advertising Industry. And, we partnered with VCU CampADventure to build our #inclusion-plus-up program prototype. This training and mentoring program helps early stage and transitioning professionals find their voice, match their values to beliefs and behaviors creator roles and rise above bias and noise to thrive in this dynamic industry.
WHAT We Do To Create Change
VCU CampADventure is a 6-week internship program that offers training, mentorship and career readiness skills to prepare new college graduates and current students enrolled in higher-education organizations for entry-level roles in Strategy, Experience Design, Project Management, Media, Creative and Production department roles at both Agency and Client companies.
The M+ partners 3-phase intensive is designed to help participants navigate through structural and emotional barriers impacting equality, diversity and inclusion in the industry during and after the competition phase of VCU CampADventure.
